Kimberly Collins, Ph.D.

Kimberly has demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of publications, Web sites and economic bulletins to make research data readable and accessible. She has demonstrated success in submitting grant applications to maintain both operations and research programs.  She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills in each language.
